Position Summary

The Regional VP of Sales will provide sales leadership and direction to assigned Account Executives to ensure individual and regional sales goals are met. The desired background we are seeking

  • Business-to-Business sales leadership with complex sales cycle and customizable product/high SKU count required; Prior experience in the beauty industry is a plus
  • Proven record of building and growing a sales team and meeting/exceeding annual sales and profitability goals
  • Prior experience with China-based or global manufacturing is strongly desired
  • Salesforce knowledge is preferred but not required
  • Ability to travel up to 35% travel in your assigned territory and to attend industry trade shows

We are currently looking for a Demand Planning Manager to help take our beauty brand to the next level! The incumbent must have a passion for skincare, retail and distribution. This position will work closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations to drive effective S&OP collaboration, plan, develop, execute and maintain healthy inventory levels for all distribution channels.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Introduce best forecasting practices & SOP based on company needs
  • Prepare background information to support sales forecasting
  • Gather historical sales trends, research/validate demand drivers and develop statistical 12 month rolling forecast model for over 600 top level SKUs (New, Core and Promotional combined)
  • Prepare various reports - KPIs (key performance indicators) as well as diagnostic measures to analyze and recommended courses of action for the operational forecast in NetSuite
  • Prepare, maintain and publish new launch sell in reports, statistical forecasts to monitor and assess performance and trends
  • Work with the Sales and Marketing teams to integrate market intelligence into the forecasts

●  Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, or related scientific field

●  5-10 years experience in the cosmetic, skincare, personal care, and/or home cleaning industries with an

emphasis in color

●  Passion for and knowledge of natural and organic ingredients

●  Strong development skills in ingredient functionality, material selection, and formulation

●  Strong working knowledge of both lab-scale and manufacturing scale formulating and chemical engineering

●  Strong knowledge of cGMP, QC, FDA, and EPA regulations as they relate to cosmetics, OTC drugs and

household cleaners

●  Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed


Bonus points:
