About our Keynote Speaker

Kerry Sullivan is a seasoned consumer products executive and consummate brand builder with over 25 years of experience driving new customer and revenue growth. With a reputation for strategic transformational leadership and a passion for building and fueling brand affinity and loyalty, specifically in the skincare space, Kerry excels in innovative brand and portfolio development, breakthrough business models, and memorable marketing campaigns worldwide. 

Before joining Versed as CEO in February 2023, Kerry served as CMO for Dollar Shave Club, transforming marketing into an omnichannel strategy and building a five-year innovation roadmap to accelerate growth. Before that, she spent over 17 years holding various leadership roles with Johnson & Johnson, most recently as the Vice President of Marketing and General Manager for Neutrogena, notably building the business to become the #1 skincare brand in the US. Kerry also served as the lead for the J&J Beauty brands portfolio based in Asia Pacific, successfully managing the business turnaround for Neutrogena, Clean & Clear, Dabao, and Aveeno across 14 markets. 

Kerry earned her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and her MBA from UC Berkeley. An avid traveler, she has spent time in more than 30 countries across the globe.
