Jennifer Karuletwa - West Coast Director - Trend Forecasting
Jennifer has more than 17 years of experience in the design and style industries and over a decade specifically in trend forecasting. She began her career as a fashion designer creating product for the rapidly changing junior market including Forever 21 and Wet & Seal, eventually moving on to design menswear for the British fashion label, Workers of Freedom. Her creative career continued to evolve behind the scenes as a stylist for runway shows, photo shoots and advertising campaigns for clients including Armani, Valentino, and Betsey Johnson. During this time, Jennifer bagan to sharpen her natural instincts and skills in trend forecasting and began consulting with clients on seasonal trends. She also organized inspirational shopping guides for clients including Warner Brothers and Target. Since establishing a path in trend forecasting, Jennifer has worked for the most reputable trend forecasting companies in the world both as a creative contributor and business leader, including her present position with PeclersParis. Since joining the company in 2012, she has provided socio-cultural insights for countless beauty companies including Sexy Hair, Smashbox, EO Products, OPI and Orly to fuel their innovation process for new products, strategic planning and seasonal trend forecasting for color, ingredient, packaging, graphics and textures.
